Videos are what I do, and this is why: In 2009, I studied film in New Zealand, in 2010 my student short film participated in the SFC in Cannes.
I usually travel between Panama, and Colombia creating content for different brands and clients.
Sometimes I film, other times I edit. Most of the time I do both. I also take pictures and design prints, but my focus is on videos.
I am currently in Panama, but I am still accepting post production projects from overseas.
Through a series of meetings either in person or by video conference, I will listen and discuss your needs, wants and goals to establish what it is you are trying to say and who you're trying to reach.
After establishing your needs, wants and goals; I will create a concept that will embody everything you need and want to achieve your goal.
Scripting and Storyboarding.
Scripting and Storyboarding does not apply to every type of video production but when it does, a good script is the backbone of a great video. The script is presented in a storyboard format so you can visualize the video.
Everything needed for the production of your video is booked. From models to lighting equipment, this is the "gathering tools and talent" phase.
This is where locations, live action and green screen scenes are filmed. Every shot from the storyboard is captured in 1080p, 2k, or 4k using different frame rates depending on your videos need.
Additional Audio and Content:
Depending on your video, this is when voice overs and sound effects are recorded; stock footage is cleared and secondary photography is filmed.
Editing, Coloring and Motion Graphics:
This is where the magic happens, but it is the most time consuming part. I take the footage and mix it with the audio, as I create text and graphics. I edit them together to make sure your message is not just engaging and entertaining; but also clear and concise. I then color grade the video to match your message.
Audio Mastering and Sound Effects:
I go over the audio to make sure everything is equalized and add extra sound effects if needed.
Once the final cut is approved a high resolution file is rendered. This can take from an hour to a couple of days depending on the length of the project and number of effects.
